Snap Tech IT – Help Desk Agent
How to use the Help Desk Agent application. This app enables our clients to get faster access to support and get their request attended to swiftly.
From your computer, open the Snap Tech IT Help Desk Agent to request support
- Use the up arrow on your task bar to display your icons.
- Click on the Snap Tech IT icon
- Once the Help Desk Agent is open, you can perform the following tasks:
- Send Status – Sends us a Status update
- System Information – Display helpful system information about your computer
- Create Service Ticket – Sends us a Support request.
- Screen Capture – Sends us a screenshot from your computer.
- Update Inventory – Updates your hardware information in our systems.
- Message & Tickets – Displays open tickets and messages
